This is a direct-pay practice. Insurance is not billed. The fee is the same regardless of visit type — whether you are seen at home, in the office, or by telehealth.

This model is designed around direct clinician access, thoughtful evaluation, continuity of care, privacy, and coordination when needed.

If requested, documentation may be provided for out-of-network submission to your insurer. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is the patient’s responsibility to pursue.

What the Fee Covers

This model is designed around access and quality

The flat fee structure eliminates the incentives that fragment care in insurance-based models — shorter visits, more visits, split billing. Every appointment is designed to be substantive.

Patients pay for direct access to a highly experienced, triple board-certified clinician — not for a platform, a portal, or a care team that does not know your name.

Direct clinician access

Your clinician, not a platform or intermediary, provides your care from evaluation through treatment.

Unhurried evaluation

Appointments are structured for substance, not speed. Complex cases get the time they require.

Privacy

No insurance records, no large system routing, no shared portals.

Continuity of care

The same clinician who evaluates you continues your care — including medication management and coordination.

Common Questions

Frequently asked

Does this practice accept insurance?

No. This is a direct-pay practice. Insurance is not billed for any visit type. If requested, a superbill (documentation of service) can be provided for you to submit to your insurer for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your plan.

The clinical value of a visit does not depend on the physical setting — it depends on the quality of the evaluation. A house call, an office visit, and a telehealth session receive the same level of clinical attention. The fee reflects that.

All visits are $800 per visit. There is no separate tier for initial evaluations versus follow-up appointments. Visit length and structure are determined by clinical need.

Payment details are provided when a visit is scheduled. This is discussed during the initial intake call. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at that time.

The first step is a brief, confidential phone call to understand your situation and determine whether this practice is a good fit. If appropriate, you will then receive a secure scheduling link. Use the contact form or button on this page to request that call.

Next Step

Start with a confidential call

If you are concerned about a parent, spouse, or older family member, the best place to start is a brief call. We can discuss what you are seeing, what level of care may be appropriate, and whether this practice is a good fit.
